Is FortuneBuilders a Scam?
Fortune Builders is a website with credentials in Inc. magazine, and is geared towards aiding someone interested getting into the world of real estate, whether they are experienced or new to the field. Many believe this and pay for the service as there is apparently a wealth of information on the real estate businesses for flipping houses, foreclosure information, etc. There are also many out there who believe that this company is a very elaborate and well put together scam.
There is much proof though that this is not a scam, especially on Fortune Builder’s own website. This so called fortunebuilders scam is produced on many websites, perhaps by people who misunderstood what the company was for, mistook it for something else, or were simply misinformed. Many seem to also misunderstand the businesses. It’s not some sort of company that you buy into and get money back from your investment. FortuneBuilders is simply there to educate, and inform anyone interested about the current status of real estate.
Fortune Builders is a network of members and students trying to figure out, together, what would best suit them and the real-estate business. This system is also backed by Than Merrill, one of the nations most famous, and successful real-estate investors. Many other high stake investors have confidence and endorse Fortune Builders, such as Paul Esajian, JD Esajian, and Konrad Sopielnikow.
This company was also ranked as number 1 in Inc. magazine, which is a very respective magazine that is serious when it endorses a company in any way. The mag talks about how Fortune Builders has many reliable resources, and acts as a stream of information for the real estate business.
It is strange that there are many sites claiming that the fortunebuilders scam exists. Soon, hopefully, investors will realize its legitimacy and use it as a resource if needed.
